What size tire? Looks like it has a very short sidewall which will exaggerate the gap. Maybe it will settle over time. My SS springs settled a good inch in the first month.

Do some measuring before you rack your brain about moving the spring. What type bushings are you running in the spring eyes? Could go to aluminum and make an "offset" bushing.

Ensure the rear is installed square to the chassis. May need to shim driver side back.

Negative. Gave up and put it back together so I can drive it. I'll attack it again over the winter.

How did you get the valve out of the pump? I removed the snap ring and it won't come out. Tried grabbing the "button" on top with pliers, beating on the pump with plastic hammer like FSM suggests....nuthin.

Thanks for your thoughts guys. Think I'll go close to factory with a little more caster and see how it feels. I'm probably the last guy running bias tires but they were pricey and I don't have the heart to take em off. Love the look.

Ok. I've done some searching around for alignment specs for my Duster. I've read the specs in the service manual and all the specs posted here by members but one problem I'm having, I run bias ply tires. Mickey Thompson Indy Profile to be exact. Now, all the "new" specs posted here are for...

The bushings aren't totally wasted but I'm using poly everywhere else......heard you shouldn't mix and match rubber and poly..... Think I'll try to cut the old rubber out and "pop" the new poly one in......if that doesn't work, going to cut/weld....

This is what I'm working with. I don't see any other way to do it besides cutting and re-welding. :wack:

How do I replace the old bushings on my sway bar? The brackets that bolt to the k member do not come apart. I can't figure out how to remove the old rubber bushings, short of burning them out, or how to get the new poly bushings in. If I cut the bracket open to get the old ones out, won't it...
