    Battery cut off switch

The alternator charge wire goes to the starter relay. The battery also goes to the starter relay through the shutoff switch.

    Battery cut off switch

Sorry, did a search and found the thread. Saw the last post was April, didn't notice the year.

    Battery cut off switch

That's the way I just wired mine. 4 post switch. I ran a 8 gauge wire from the small post to my msd box. Flip the switch and it kills the power from the battery, and the power to the ignition. When off, there is no power in the car. No relays needed.

who has drove to the track and couldn't drive home(because you broke it)

I haven't broken anything that kept me from driving any of my cars, but I trailer them non the less. I have helped two different buddies though that drove their cars to the track and couldn't drive them home. I use to race a 2006 Magnum SRT. I always trailered it because I go with my...

    e85

This doesn't help you but I just had to comment. A buddy of mine runs E85 in his SRT8 Charger. He has the quickest "stock long block" charger in the country. Get it tuned right, and E85 can make lots of power. I hear it's hard on fuel system components though.

street tires at the track - any tips?

And don't drive through the waterbox, go around it. Even if you do a decent burnout to get the water off the tires, the tread throws water up into your fender wells, then drips back down on your tires while your staged at the line.

    5.7 Hemi Racers

I don't think I have a picture, but I had a AFE Stage 2 CAI on mine. The cone had a soft rubber end on it. I drilled a hole in the end of the cone filter and installed the sensor there, right where it drew the air in. Seemed to work great. Hope it works for you.

    5.7 Hemi Racers

Where is your IAT sensor located? When I was racing my 6.1 Magnum it was very inconsistent until I moved my IAT away from the engine. The sensor is affected by the rising heat off of your block. It's very hard to get to the line with the same amount of cool down and idling time.

First test & tune street 440 Duster

Nice! Come over to my side of the hill and that would easily be a 11 sec. car.

First test & tune street 440 Duster

Nice run! What have you done to the 440, and where is that track Spokane or Yakima? I hope that mine runs low 12's when I get it back together.

Question on Cal-Tracs on a Duster

Thanks! So far the caltracs and tires work well together. I haven't made huge power yet though, its running 1.7 60' and has never slipped a tire. A buddy of mine has the same setup on his demon that runs high 10's on only a 275 wide drag radial and has no wheel spin. I'm really believing that...

    What size electric fan?

I don't know if this will help you at all, but: The fan I plan on running is out of my 06 Dodge Magnum SRT. My radiator is 27x19 surface area not counting the tanks. The late model LX Hemi twin electric fans fit almost perfectly. When mounted the whole assy sticks out 4" from the radiator. I...
