Can you trace with documentation that the engine was born with that car? Seems odd the tranny is stamped but not the motor. Not sure why the factory would do that.

No. That would be the Certicard. The fender tag is about the same size made of metal attached with two machine screws to the LH top of the inner fender around the battery area. Researching the broadcast sheet a bit more, I see why I don't see the paint code. Would be in the RH corner where a...

Not sure about the motor. It runs great but I did not do any work to it. Car has about 74K miles on it. You can eat off the underside. It's a CA car. No pictures of that. I have shots of the floor I can dig out I believe. Suspension just needs the Pitman arm changed and I have that.
