    Son of a Hot

Are the doors vacuum or cable operated? I bet if you pull the box apart you will find 30 years of Georgia pine needles and a rat nest blocking the air flow of the heater core. While its out clean and reseal your doors with closed cell foam. If it is vacuum op, then use a vacuum pump to check the...

    Son of a Hot

You would have to buy everything that you listed you took off from the factory. It is just what you have under your dash now, without all the air doors. A condenser and heater core. I have pondered this for myself, and out off all the suppliers, your still looking at 900 for new everything...

    a/c retrofit question

I can tell you from the 64 Valiant side is there is no difference between ac and non ac firewalls. The ac units are not intergrated into the heater. They are under dash condesor units with the high and low pressure lines passing through the firewall. 2 holes and there is a indention the firewall...

    welsh plug help

Sounds like you got to much pressure on the cooling system or the plugs are a shy small. just to test this theory, pull the thermostat and see if you pop any. Use an epoxy and glue them mothers in. Another thought I just had are you shure they are not metric? I'm just shooting out ideals that I...
