ok so today i ordered new torsion bars and lower arm bushings from pete at Bergman auto craft. car has 1" just suspension bars in ot now and I'll be going to a 1.08 bar. figured while this thing is apart i may as well do them. and being that the lower arm bushings are the only rubber...

very cool. cleaning up nice.. not a fan of those decals though... looks liek a friend of mines duster. his is a small block though..

doing another 904 for the car and will install it when i put the new motor in. this 904 will have a low gear set from A&A. 904 Reinforced Low Gear Set 2.74/1.54/1:1 - A&A Transmissions my buddy tom pulled it apart today and said its a great looking trans inside and will be an easy build.

no. the car already has power steering so i didn't need a new pulley

bought a steering box from bergman auto craft. got the complete kit. box, pump, pulley, low profile hose, coupler and the mounting brackets. hope this thing is as good as people say it is. i also have bilstein shocks coming. i may order 1.08 torsion bars too but we will see how much...

may as well update this thread. putting a mild 360 together for the car so its more enjoyable for us. here is the build thread. very mild 360 build. .

i'd rip that boring *** slant out so fast your head would spin and swap a nice modern hemi or small block in that *****. be a much more fun car.

get the driveline in that thing then worry about height . those cars look better low in my opinion..

that sits way too high for me.. plus high defeats the purpose of the RMS suspension.

I'd be selling the barracuda plus a couple others to concentrate on only one or two projects. But hey thats me. 60 isn't very old but isn't so young either. Hate to see ya not get any of them done.

not that i know of. all the ones i've seen use the stock upper arm mounts. maybe someone will chime in with one.

latest update was @crackedback headlight relay and wire around kits.. man what a difference.. can tell in the garage that thr lights are much brighter. can't wait to get the car out after dark now.. used to drive everywhere with the high beams on.. shouldn't have to now..
