VOETOM I installed a tranny stud kit from Jegs in my 904. It makes pan remoal/installation easier, along with the gaskets Rusty mentioned. Dave

The "FRONT" Transmission line fitting on the trans is the tranny "OUT" line. Dave

I put studs in my tranny, much easier to install gaskets, and pan. I just snug them all down, and the torque them to 155 inch pounds. Dave

Billy Jegs has a stud kit with 1 1/8th inch long studs it is jegs # 83335. I just put one in my 904. That might be long enough for your aluminum pan. I think Jegs uses the # 555-83335. Dave

Rock Auto has the O Ring and the small seal, the small one is listed under speedo pinion, and the large one just under seals, and o rings. Look them up under Dodge, Dart, 1965, then, transmission, for the small, and seals, and O Rings for large. Dave

Their are two "0 Rings" on Speedo attach point, on the 904. One of them is leaking. remove the whole assy, find something to plug the tranny case, cause fluid will leek out fast. get new "O" Rings, and install on speedo assy. Very easy job, except for the leakage. Hope this helps. Do you have a...

An "A" body 8 1/4 should swap right in. Drive shaft probably will have to be changed. I have a 66 B-Cuda that someone put in an 8 1/4, with 5 on 4.5 in bolt pattern brakes. I was all set to change it out, till I really investigated its identity. Ive allways had 8 3/4 rears in my A bodies...

Whats the matter with Mopar ATF+4, it's a real good full synthetic tranny fluid.

What I would do........ Get yourself a 25 ft roll of cupro/nickle tubing,( i think you need 5/16)and make your own lines. This type of tubing is easy to bend, and flare (using a quality flare tool). It has a slight copper look to it. I buy cupro/nickle tubing from ebay, with free shipping...
