Curious if the epoxy those of you have used is expensive? I know of a guy that had his done by someone and it was thousands of dollars for his shop. It's about 60' X 30' I would guess.

OR, if your Dremel is less than 3 years old, send it back to Dremel and they will fix it or replace it under warranty. I have gone through 3 Dremels in the last 6 years. I just pay shipping there and I keep getting a new one. I'm not even going to try and fix one of these if it's under...

I'm jealous. I've had two lincoln welders borrowed from friends for a year now. One 110 and one 220. Gave the 220 back recently but still have the 110. If I had known I was going to weld this much, I would have bought one! Something like that Miller you got would have been nice!

I have been using both. Seems like I can use the 220 for just about anything the 110 can except on very very very thin metal which usually will blow through with the 110 anyhow. If you're working with GOOD sheet metal, I think you'll be fine with the 220 if it has a good low setting on it.
