They are not 5.5” rims, I can tell by the face of the rim. There should be a 1” drop in the side where the center is welded, those rims the center is almost flush with the step. Definitely a 4.5” rim.

That would be a 4x5.5" rim, as that's the only size the SPB Rallyes came in, unless it's not factory?

If it's a stock A body rear, it will fit your car! You may have to use a C body rubber brake hose as the distribution block was moved down the tube some in 1970, and your current hose may be too short!

Small bolt Rallyes are all 5.5" wide, no other size was available unless they are aftermarket!!
