I agree, this is somewhat of a unique scenario though. In my experience with 5/8" studs, the wheels are centered on the stud shoulder, not the hub. I wonder if this is safely replicated by using a shanked lug nut, with an OD that matches the ID of stud hole?

I had same issues with hubcap lugs, 5 minutes work with dremel fixed this issue. Wheels well made, took very little balance weight, very true. I have 6" on front, 7" on rear. No modifications necessary. Front are 215 65 15, rear 235 70 15. Might switch rears to 245 60 15.

The narrowest I can find on there site is 15x6. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong spot?
