Your intake manifold is the hood clearence problem. Lol a regular torker would work fine, you are force feeding the engine so the super victor is overkill in my book. Just my 2cents

PCV is postive crankcase vaccum, turbos make boost or postive pressure. Opposite of vaccum. So under boost, unless you have a check valve, you would be pressurizing the crankcase... Not goot

I run the #1008 with 12.1 compression. It does help to do 2 hot torques after the furst run in. Im not boosted, but my 2cents lol
