    This is what I was first thinking but it would need to be quite a bit thicker. Probably 3/8" to 1/2" to account for the movement of the rubber mount. I going to end up trimming the crossmember like they recommend.

    Maybe. I bought this kit a few years ago and then the whole project sat idle for years. I just found on there website where it talks about it. That's my bad. I'll modify the crossmember like they recommend. '67-72 A-Body B/RB Installation

    Has anyone built a solid mount that is a little bit taller than the factory biscuit so you dont have to clearance the crossmember? Mine is powder coated and honestly I'd really like to avoid cutting it up.

    So I test fit my 440/a833 combo in my 72 dart today. I'm using the Schumacher sb to bb conversion mounts. The oil pump land right on the crossmember mount and keeps the rubber isolator just off the crossmember. I'm sure i'm not the first one to run into this. What have you guys done to remedy...
