Ok may be a little scary but i understood every thing he was saying... The door panels look great,, And yes it is always fun to find those little surprises.. Been there done that too many times.. My Dart was that way on the p/s lower 1/4.. Ended up replacing it all.. Keep up the good work

I think it will work mike... Some of them came without dash pads. My 65 Cuda doesn't have one but my 65 Valiant does and it looks just like the one in my 66 dart. Hope this helps buddy

Ok, just went out and took a couple of pics of mine hope it helps.... the cage should set flush, but the stereo should stick out a bit.

The way I did mine was I used the mounting cage ( the bracket the stereo goes into.) as a templet to mark out the hole I would need to cut. I just cut insde the lines so not to make it too big. And then as said before place the cage in the dash and bend the tabs so it doesn't come out.

I had mine done about 10 years ago at a local shop, and they didn't have to pull the windshield. Hope this helps

Got mine through Legendary. Perfect fit, only had to trim a little by the dimmer switch.

Yep, just go to your local auto paint store and they will be able to fix you right up. A friend of mine got the paing for his 69 Dart for our local store. I think there might be a paint code for it, not sure.

I have never heard of that before, but I would say if it is around your master cylinder i would be checking it for a leaking seal. And I still wouldn't rule out the wiper pivots either. Just my 2 cents on this. i am sure some will come along that might know more tham me on this subject.

Yes they will fit, and I know the pair i put in my 66 do fold down and they are out of a 75 Dart 4 door. Here is a pic of them in my 66 Dart.

I think I would go with the black upper door and white panels, and maybe a black dash.

Yes you can switch the trunk lids. I have a 65 on my 66 right now. The only thing I had to do was make the hole alittle bigger where the tail light bolt went.

As stated before, there will be some differences. But you might be able to change the runners on the seats. That way you should have the same set up that you would need to makeit work. I put a set out of a 75 into my 66 Dart by doing the same thing. Good luck

In my 65 cuda I have a set of buckets out of a 87 Tirismo ( spell check) And in my 66 Dart i have a set out of a 75 Dart 4 door. got the ones for the Cuda for $25 from my daughter and her husband, and the ones in my Dart I got out of a car we parted out.
