    Flip top gas cap

I have a 1976 Dart Sport and I was wondering if anybody has ever put a flip top gas cap on an A body?

Ever just want to walk away from the old car thing?

I have done total restorations on 3 cars in my life (1973 Camaro RS, 1973 Mach 1 and 1967 Fairlane) and I am currently doing a 1976 Dart Sport. People tell me that the new cars are faster, safer, handle better, get better gas mileage and are way more dependable...they are right on all counts...

Just got a 1976 Dart Sport

Well I have been very busy with work but I am finally making progress on the Dart. I purchased a 318 engine and transmission out of a 1968 Barracuda, the engine runs perfectly but I had the trans rebuilt at a local shop. The engine was orange so I painted it Chrysler blue because it is going...

Just got a 1976 Dart Sport

The engine starts and runs but has a moderate miss. So I did a wet and dry compression test on the engine and discovered that the rings are toast on 3 cylinders. I have decided to replace rather that rebuild the engine to save time. If anybody near Florida has a 318-340-360 engine for sale...

Just got a 1976 Dart Sport

Well I purchased a 76 Dart Sport today, 318, Bucket Seats, Air, Power Steering, and Power front disc brakes. It is a California car with no rust but a little damage on the front right fender (nothing that a body hammer and a skim coat of filler won't fix) and a good assortment of dings BUT NO...

    Dart Sport Grille

Does anybody know if a 1974 Dart grille will fit a 1976 Dodge Dart Sport? I am purchasing the Dart Sport and I am not crazy about the look of the factory grille.

    stupid camero guys

The facts are: these new muscle cars are faster, safer, better handling, more fuel efficient, more dependable and run more consistent E.T.'s than the old cars. That being said I would NEVER trade my 76 Dart Sport for any of them!!! These new cookie cutter cars lack individuality and character...

    Torque Specs

I need some advice on the torque spec for the Rocker Arm rail on my 318 engine that came out of a 78 Dodge Aspen. Chiltons says 17 ft lbs. but I have found ratings as high as 35 ft lbs on some websites. The engine is all stock. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
