if it were me i would look for a 110 gas welder. flux core can be a mess and and there are extra steps involved, the gas does all this itself. I have a MILLERMATIC 140 autoset. have not come across anything it would not weld yet.

I use the millermatic 140 as well, great machine.

napa swears their parts are not made in china too. but if you look close at the box, most parts say made in china.
