Could you just wire it into a key on for testing? Is there a ASD relay in the harness or is the computer looking for 12v key on?

I had wire nuts for my Hemi swap, easy to make sure everything works before putting a lot of time into soldering and wrapping.

Mine were at the copper only on the rod side. Cap side looked like new. I’m thinking this thing must have had severe spark knock for a long time. The mains and crank look like new. Hope to install next week

I’m sure there is, but for $80 it’s not worth the effort for me at least. You get new o rings, filters and a sheet that shows the flow rate and pattern.

Your engine looks way cleaner inside then this 96 318 I’m working on! Nice score on those heads. Crank bolt is a 32mm. At least that’s what I’m using!

Guys doing swaps with junkyard engines. If using the factory injection, take a moment and get your injectors cleaned. Just had a set cleaned for a 318 build I’m doing. Had 1 bad injector that flowed well but leaked fuel externally. I recommend Eric Derr of Derr injection. Super fast turnaround...

Find someone at a shop and see if they will print you a wiring schematic for your year engine from alldata. Then it’s just a matter of tracing wires.

My 04 hemi truck has the same amount of belt wrap. No issues and charges fine. Everything is thought out and packaged for turbo downpipe to fit. Will be changing the setup in fall but works really well.

Non ac bracket. No ac or power steering. Has a hemi grooved idler pulley.
