    I've heard mention of using a marine type vinyl. Find a grain that is close to yours and you can stretch it over your old pad using spray adhesive to hold it on.

    318 hp heads

    Yes those are 67 273/318 heads. They do have a smaller chamber but the vavle are really small at 1.75 intake and 1.50 exhaust. Not really good for performance.

    I will almost bet money that the paint code is 661 Light Mauve Poly my 66 Sport Fury was that color a real pale pink.
