Here are some pics of the hold down that I have. It has been soaked in Evapo-rust and is nice and clean, the head of the bolt is however pitted but free from rust now. The wingnut looks brand new. If I recall the jack base is turn upside down and the bolt runs through it.

I dont know what they look like, does anybody have a pic of the spare tire hold down?
