I really don't think so. The bearing sizes are different. They say there's a disc brake conversion for the 9" stuff from someone. Maybe SSB? Any there's a conversion to put Viper brakes on the 10" drum stuff. Those are from a '67 Barracuda. Wish I could be more helpful. Mike

This is neither of those. He pulled off the front wheels to see if it was bad tie rods/ball joints. Also looking at the brakes at the time, and checking the wheel lugs to see if a wheel came loose. It shakes very voilently, then stops. We haven't got a clue.

My brother has a high mileage mini-van that's developed a nasty steering wheel shake. It comes and goes. He pulled the front wheels, and they're fine, and he checked out the front suspension. Nothing looks loose there, either. Anyone experience this before?

I kept a set of spindles from a '72 B body once. I remember reading E-berg write that you can use them on an A body ('71-'71 B and E I think), to swap from 4" bolt circle to big bolt disc brakes. Is that true? Mike

I've got a box full of duster ones (cheap). How do I tell a pre '72 one from the '73 and up ones?

Yep, I had mine driled out, and bought a grade 8 bolt at the hardware store. Then later had a local chasis guy move the springs into the frame. The guy tossed my stock hangers. Bummer!
