    yes I was going to remove these springs and get the proper springs, thought about running the same cam as the guy was selling it also but figured I would weigh out my options and with something a bit more mild than he had he was running a .630 lift cam

    These heads were actually ran with a roller cam ,I just know rollers are pretty expensive, any input on the clay smith cam mentioned above ?a friend of mine has brand new in box with lifters and was considering it think it’s a custom grind .

    I’m not sure of the weight of the car it’s still on jack stands with no interior or drive train . compression will be around 10.3:1 based upon compression calculator . It’s a 4 speed and will be running most likely a 4:10 gear

    looks like normal carbon build up. .. .mine only had a light film of carbon on the pistons and a little on the heads just get it cleaned up and go from there

    Both of those are great ideas will do watever I can to get the weight to therear wheels would it be a good idea to put a set of weak shocks in the rear to help transfer the weight??? I've heard of some racers doin this would it be ok for a car that won't see much track but more street

    I can get a set of ported 452s I forgot wat valves but have been worked on quite a bit. I'm guessing this would be the better route to go rather than mess with. And waste money on the 250s right?? I hear it all the time its easy to get a mopar to go fast . . 450 to 550 is reasonable...
