welcome aboard i too am a fellow georgian between the 2 i would agree that the duster would be a better choice as the 74 dart isnt much of a popular yr unlike the 67-69 body styles or the 70-72 darts. as for a restoration shop that will vary they seem to be you get what you pay for sometimes...

oh your also going to need a flex plate B&M offers one depending on your trans if your running automatic and what was originally in the cuda motor wise /6 or smallblock

sounds like you might have a 360 instead of a 318, 360 has smaller main caps and a 318 and 340 are the same check the side of the motor it should say on the side if its a 318 or 360 if its a 360 you'll need a a 360 car oil pan and a new pick up
