my 215/60r15's are too close in the front. I am running a 15x6 with 3 1/16 BS. I don;t have my wheel well trim on yet either. How much room will the trim take up?? 1/4 "?

the 215/60r15 are not going to work on the fronts. they hit the front of the fender. man...seems like a 25" diameter tire should work there.

If i want to move my front wheels towards the interior of the car, which is a better wheel? A 15x6 with 3 1/16 of backspace or a 15x7 with 3 7/8? I would still think you gain a little bit with the 15x7.

Ok...still deciding on tires. What rake do you guys find you like? do you run the same diameter tires front and back or different?

my tires are g70-14 which are 26-27" they only hit on the outside of the tire. when i turn right, the drivers side hit.

I did a disc brake conversion and rebuilt the front suspension. (new ball joints, bushing etc,) Now my front wheels hit my front fender when I turn. I haven't had the front end alined yet but i turned the cam bolts as far as I could to pull the wheel away from the fender and it still hits...

The only backspacing available on the wheel I want is 3 7/8 on a 15X8 wheel . will that work OK for my 68 Barracuda? How about backspacing on the front running 15X7? thanks

when you put it that way.....it sounds like it would look funny.

the book "performance handling for classic mopars" by Tom Condran. (which somebody on one of these sites recommnded) says that you should stick with a tire around 25" in diameter. anybody care to defend or argue that point?

the car currently has g60-14 on 14x10 crager SS rims. (on rear) This car has been off the road since 1991 so the tires are shot and the cragers are pitted severly. I just love the stance of the car now....that is one of the things that sold me on it. I just love the huge dish on the rear...

I was thinking somthing around 225 60r15...maybe 215..maybe 235...i wanted to stay with a 60 profile

I would like to run 15x10 wheels on the rear. they have 4 1/8 backspacing. will these fit without relocating the springs?
