Chalk me up as a very dissatisfied Classic Auto Air customer as well.
What do I have in this thing now? $2000-2200? And it’s blown cold one frickin day!
$316 to my door from Speed Cooling. I am very happy with it. Fit is very good.
Application is 1973 Plymouth Duster 340/ 4-spd.

22″ Mopar SMALL BLOCK HD Aluminum Radiator
You would be fine with that due to the, as mentioned, trans mount limiting forward movement. If the new radiator doesn't work out I can vouch for ECP radiators and the low profile 2947 Hayden clutch, at least in a 73+ spool mount A-body.

One is a Derale and one is the one that came on my truck. I will also be using a Hayden HD / Truck fan clutch. Radiator is a stock replacement heavy duty.
I think I have it solved! Thanks @Rat Bastid , I gave CVF a call and they pointed me to the High Flow pulley on their site. It is just the 2 groove crank pulley. I guess if I ever want to put power steering on the car I would have the extra groove. I do wish they made the same size crank pulley...
Okay, so those CVF's sold by Mancini are definitely a no-go. CVF's site lists the same ones. Are the CVF non-underdrive pulleys on a secret shelf at the warehouse? I'll give them a call though.
Or the hell with it if they don't exist and get OEM's.
I need pulleys. I am looking for a single groove crank and aluminum water pump pulley. I have been considering the CVF aluminum pulleys from Mancini but the size is not stock. Do they have an ill effect on cooling? Should I stick to looking for OEM pulleys for the best cooling?
OEM w/p pulley =...
I am going to see what I can get my hands on. I have access to a B-body radiator and Brewers has one that looks like the right width. The b-body one would need to be cut on.
It may adversely affect my overflow bottle fitment.
Slips right in. Just went back out in the garage and tried a spare belt. This is a P/S belt for my D100 but you get the picture. Slid right between the fins and clutch with room to spare.
Mocking things up and it looks good to go.
