I have a nice set sitting here in my basement, and all the conversion components. Shipping isn't really something I want to do, but if you're coming up to the detroit area any time soon you can come grab them. Mine also have the aftermarket springs and retainers Mopar Performance used to sell.

You should be able to get them locally at pretty much any parts store (at least Advance). I also found them on Rockauto.com

You can still buy these new...Just order the right ones for the year and model of the car. It doesn't appear that it matters which size drums (I am personally using cables that went with 10x1.75 brakes with 10x2.5 brakes and they work perfectly). Expect to pay about $25 per side.

go to the auto wreckers and find yourself an F/M/J body like a diplomat...it will have the bolts you need.

if you don't mini-tub, the offset shackles give you all the room you can use.

They make these new, not terribly expensive either. Have you considered that?
