IF the fan and shroud aren't the problem, it could be an old radiator hose that is pinching down and limiting fluid flow.

My guess is when you removed the AC and emissions junk, you accidentally disabled something on the heater box. Probably like someone said, a vacuum line. The AC heater boxes use vacuum to move the doors sometimes. Another possibility is that a door is simply stuck preventing the air form passing...

Too bad on those parts. yeah, I agree, too much work for most people. I'd sell them off. If you really want AC it would be easier to install an aftermarket Vintage Air kit.(probably more relaible too).

Last time I needed a 68 Water pump I got it from Advance Auto. They had it in stock. Too late now, I'd say just get the hose for a '70 Dart 340 like everyone else said. Maybe order one of the restoration pieces that would be the right fit without cutting.

I have one or two new ones. I think I just went to Auto Zone or something casue they have the plastic ring through them to hang. Maybe I got it through my buddy the Chrysler parts guy. I wish I was more help. either way they shouldn't be hard to find.
