Does anyone make a convertible top hold down latch for 65 Dart with a manual top? All I can find are 1966 and newer but not 65 and older.

We take a lot of 3-6 day road trips and have gotten caught in the rain many times. If it's nice the top is down, don't mind the cold (MN) do a lot of fall driving to see the fall colors. Need to purchase a new convertible boot for my 65 Dart. Old one has been slowly tearing the last few years, time to replace it. I've looked at a handful of spots on line that sell them and wondering if anyone can recommend one of the companies? Thanks

Just talked to Layson's guy and he said it's not chrome but it is shiney plastic mylar strip that looks like chrome on top. sooooooo never mind!

I might need to replace my chrome locking strip on a 68 Dodge Dart convertible. Windshield is leaking and might pull that out to look at weather stripping under it. I've looked around and found Layson's has them but spendy $189, any one else have a source for them that might be a little cheaper...
