I don't know, but it should. It is a pretty compact transmission with a small block bolt pattern. Let me know what you think. Jeff

I pulled the transmission out of the car today. There was minor oil at the tail shaft (easy seal replacement). The oil leakage looks like it came from the cork gasket getting saturated from sitting for 10 years. I think this is a good transmission. I am not going to include the floor shifter...
