    You can get the carburetor enclosures for Paxton setups fairly cheap, it's usually an easier way to go if you have room. 2:1 exhaust and a single turbo would be more effective for the application. Two smaller turbos is usually done to minimize lag and that's not a concern on a heavy vehicle...

    I've got a turbo'd intercooler truck of that vintage, myself, but it's just not the same. And my '79 truck had the exact same wheel bearing failure. I updated to later spindles with larger outer bearings. I'm surprised you had that failure since your truck has those large bearings...

    How much force is the valve applying, and how rapidly? Is that truly a copper valve seat, or a hardened alloy of/with copper? if it's very soft, it would hammer out quickly. If it's actually made for exhaust valves, it should be awesome. I only ask because I've not seen 'copper' valve seats.

    You can use the dual-pickup distributor too, with a switch to choose which timing trigger you want.

    Cheaper alternative might be a carb enclosure. Then all you need are phenolic floats, IIRC.

    If you don't have power steering, I'm pretty sure you can run the Magnum Jeep passenger manifold backwards on the driver's side and crossover under the front.

    The mechanical pump has a breather hole on the body, and part of the function besides venting is that mechanical fuel pressure is regulated according to atmospheric pressure (as if carbureted cars aren't rich enough at high altitude, who wants the pump over-pumping?). Drill and tap carefully...
