Converted to floor shift on my 66 Dart. 3 speed manual floor shift tranny and shifter came of a 71 Duster I am trying to figure out how to install linkage. Pictures would be nice of linkage installed the right way. Here is a picture of floor shift hump I just installed.

Finally got the right rear seal Napa has 2 listings or more for the 70 duster 3 speed manual A230. The right one is Timken 8935 Napa 15535. Yet another twist the rear seal from a 66 dart slant 6 automatic tranny National 89355 is the same seal for my A230 3 speed 70 duster.

Need a correct part # for the rear seal on my A230. Not having any luck with Napa or Baxter's 3 different from Napa and they are way to big same with Baxter's. Tranny came of 70 Duster # on the tranny c-99224-2 1b383362 cp230 3555 0144

Good news is that it did bolt right on my 66 bell housing and the 66 linkage rods are a bit to short. Just going to extend them out a bit and a little bending and adjustment column shift should work perfect Thanks whitepunkonnitro

Just figured my 3 speed floor shift and column shift . Floor shift linkage at top Column shift linkage at bottom

I am using it on a 66 dart. Would you happen to know if the shift diagram be the same on 66 dart 3 speed column shift as the 70 3 speed tranny floor shift.

It came out of a 70 duster floor shift. Maybe not some one has worked on it before different nuts were used on shift bracket.

So will the 66 column linkage work on the 70 duster tranny? Bell housing and clutch is still behind the slant 6 on my 66.

66 Dart slant 6 bought it with out a tranny so don't know what it had originally. I am parting a 70 duster with floor shift slant 6 I was hoping I could use the tranny and retain column shift. If not I will be looking for a top loader tranny.

I will let you know I will be pulling it out of the duster tomorrow
