    Stripe or not

The car needs to "pop". I think a hemi orange stripe would make everybody notice that car.

    Sanding floor pans Sucks

My informal test of Rustoleum's durability has told me that is the way to go. I painted my plow blade with it 3 years ago and it still looks great.

I am thinking good 68 grills, nice or repop 68 tail lights and trunk trim alone are going to be way more than $1000. Unless somebody is finally making them cheaper the tail lights alone are $700 or so. Good grills close to that as well. Trunk trim $500+. Not sure of all this as I am OK with the...

Good car cover for Northern winters

I might consider blocking off the sides of the carport that get the wind and snow. Dry winter air is probably OK for the car as long as the melting snow doesn't expose it to moisture in the spring. Just a thought.

    Turbine Bronze...pic anyone?

I also have a 68 Formula S 340 that was originally turbine bronze. I bought a die cast model of the car that looks identical to the one in the add at the Walter P Chrysler museum a few years ago and would really like to put it back to that color if I ever restore it back to original looking some...

    Scratches On Windows?

My last job before this one was as the Quality Manager at what was a previous Chrysler side glass plant bought by PPG. 6000 grit sand paper (not cheap) is what we always used to rework any minor scratches in glass. Hope that helps.
