I find that taking the pass side seat out(4 bolts) and lay backwards looking up helps also. Darryl

You can make one out of an old black antifreeze or oil container. Very easy to do. Darryl

Thanks FISHBREATH I will double check that before filing. The hook part seems pointed down on that side, thats why I was having problems. I had to take seat out to unplug the motor for the top because of a sticky switch (Vert). ESP47 This is a convertibe and there is 2 bolts for the back but...

I got it! I guess I will file the hook part down a little so it does not grab so much for if I have to take it out again. Thank you. Darryl

I can not get the bottom back seat out. I push a little down ward and try to pull up. Got the one side off the latch but can not get the otherside up and out. Any tricks out there? Darryl

I think all 67 68 69 are interchangeable just a different seat covers(a bodys). Not %100 sure though. Convertibles are not the same. Darryl

Hey Everyone Got this from a barracuda 25 years ago from the auto wreckers. It is going in my car (67 vert) Metric in 67? No such thing. Solve this please!

It will be OK if no moisture comes in from underneath. Get underneath the car and seal every nook and cranny with seam seal. Use a rag with paint thinner on to smooth the bead. You can get seam seal at a body supply shops or at auto parts stores. Darryl

Try a coat hanger with different bends threw the gaps and unlatch the one way door catcher, Just like a house door. I am not sure though. Just try it and see if this works.
