Work on the starter on the car? I make sure mine is working before install on the bench. Also use a starter from a 2000 RAM van as it is much smaller and cheap.

The headers will stay where they are and the engine up, this will give you room to get that out. Darryl

Hey grassy Can't you just undo motor mounts and driver side header to get the starter out? You just have to lift an inch. I had my Ram Van starter out a couple of times without undoing nothing, because of the vibrating trans dust cover,I took out because of some bad threads in the trans. So...

Yes try that and see if will work, might have to try to bend a little (never done it myself) Heat? I do not know. any one else? You can buy them at auto parts store I think but have to order them. Also you can get them at Classic Industries. Darryl

My TTi's installed themselfs but I lost the video, Opened the box and whamo! Seriously they fit nice but every car is different, just have to adjust or shim. Have to use a short oil filter.

If you want headers do not go cheap use tti s Been there done that kind of thing. Pricey $$ Hookers are junk. I wasted 500 dollars on super muti million dollar company. This was my experience Darryl
