None...go with a straight through muffler like a dynomax ultraflow, borla xr-1, DNA mufflers, etc...sound way better and actually help horsepower instead of restrict it

unlessi read the chart on the first page wrong, i dont believe it was a manufacturer that tested the mufflers...therefore, they probably all would have been tested the same way, so as to get results from equal testing...atleast thats what i would think

to each his own when it comes to mufflers imo...and yes flow numbers can definatly be fudged, i agree totally...but at the end of the day, if you are comparing a muffler that is straight through to one that has chambers, well which do you think is going to perform better? even if its one...

Steve, your taking it all wrong man, i know these mufflers flow good! thats the main reason i got them! plus they sound mean! i will be running these mufflers on everything i ever own...all im saying was that even some clips might help out, thats all...i understand you dont control...

I agree 100%, and although i do, it still doesnt make any sense to me....i didnt buy just for sound, i bought borla because they flow crazy and have a lifetime warranty on top of the fact that they sound good...but as a company, you guys would be helping yourselves by using good recording...

Hey Cudasteve, I love the mufflers! i dont want to sound critical here, but i think you guys at borla should do some soundclips of these guys on different types of cars and put them on your site...it was almost impossible for me to find any muscle car or v8 car with Borla mufflers on...

hey guys, thanks for the compliments! as far as being hung in the rear, there wasnt enough of the rear seatbelt bolt threads sticking out so i drilled holes beside them in the floor pan and mounted my hangers there. Made sure the mufflers would end there, and voila they are hung!

unfortunatly i havent gotten any video of it running yet...Im hoping this weekend i can get er tuned up a little better, and once i do i will post the vid...sorry for the teaser, theres not many mopars with these muffs on them so i will share it asap!

Hey guys, as promised i got some pics up of my exhaust install on the scamp. The system consists of hedman 1-5/8 headers with 3 inch collectors, into 3 inch collector extensions which then go into a 3 inch flowtech x-pipe, and finally into 3 inch Borla xr-1 racing mufflers (sportsman shorty...

they do! i tested out the system last night ( had a header leak the first fire up and major timing issues) and it sounds BRUTAL! at idle, it is very very deep (the dumps do help), but once you rev it up the x-pipe really comes to life and the engine just barks...sounds real intimidating, it is...

yup, thats exactly what why dad did on his minitubbed and inboarded 69 dart...its the passenger side of the tank that is offset and creates the problem, so he chopped it up and made it less wide on that side and voila! looks good too! me, im doing 3 inch as well but i got lazy and love noise so...
