    One dim parking light?

    try swapping bulbs with a known working one. To see if it is the connector. Then inspect the connector if the light is still dim with a know good bulb. I had a parking lamp that had a partially melted connector which caused a dim light. Also if you have a voltmeter you could measure the voltages.

    yeah im using the HEI style for my msd dist. the wire has its own seperate crimp from the insulation. I get what you are saying and think you are totally right.

    im assembling a set of wires for my 360 and i was just wondering if its on to solder the wire to the terminal. the instructions don't say they need to be just crimping is fine but why not make a better connection by soldering it? what do you guys think?
