A part # or specified year/model would be helpfull. I also disagree that they are weak. When welded full length to the floor boards they become tied into the sobframe,floorpan,torque boxes if you got em and rockers as well. THATS STRENGTH!

RE the 833 core. Is it complete and what bolt pattern on the bell housing?

Yup it sucks allright. Had a similar experience with someone whom I thought was a friend. Turned out he cozied up simply because Im weak ,helpless and easy to steal from. Im pretty certain he stole my snowblower in the middle of winter when a guy with M.S really needs it.. Cant prove anything...
