didnt know id have to pull the radiator out before i can even get the flex fan off. the bolts holding the fan on wont come all the way out, they hit the radiator. so is there anything else i should do when i drain the radiator?

and how do i place the thermostat in the radiator or block anyway?

i already bought the one from ebay after the first few posts. would it be a bad idea to put a fuse and have just a switch to turn on when it gets hot, or should i really get the relay. probably a stupid question, but that would be a lot more convenient.

How is the relay more expensive than the fan after shipping!?

Ive been thinking about switching out my non clutch flex fan for an electric one, this is mostly a daily driver and probably wont see the strip anytime soon. so i dont need any heavy duty 3000cfm fans i dont think, but i dont know exactly what to look for, i saw one on ebay...

i have a half way put together a/c and heater. wantin to get it all working again. the previous owner said i need to get this replaced, any one know where i could get one in good condition for cheap?
