How about thinking outside the box? An Australian RHS mirror is our drivers side and so is remote with toggles and cables. See where I'm going with this? I've actually done it to my 72 Dart Swinger. Toggle remote mirrors on both sides. Get in touch if you like the idea.

Summit sells the full range of Grant wheels and adaptors.I've used the Grant "challenger" on my cuda,challenger and valiant ute.It looks like a tuff wheel but is 1" smaller in diameter at 14".
