I'm running Currie 30spline in a spooled 3.73 centre. Best 60ft is 1.62 Car is 3500lb with 303hp at the treads. Stripped a 741 crownwheel and pinion a year ago but the axles looked to be OK. Car has now done 379 passes and sees it's share of street use as well.

I run ET street radials 275/60/15 at 18psi on the street in my 69 notch barracuda. As someone else mentioned-treacherous in the wet. I drag on Hoosier slicks so haven't raced on the ET streets but they are the grippiest thing I've had for the street.

Tazz, most crburetted cars including yours have what is called a "dead head" system.That is,fuel is pumped from the tank and is stopped dead at the needle and seat. Oldmanmopar described "full flow" system well with I'll show you mine just to explain it better Fuel is delivered to...

Just my opinion. You're better off building a full flow fuel system rather than using a cool can. The full flow system cured all my hot fuel stumbles. And it works all the time.No ice to add to make it work.Maintenance free.

What about tubular upper arms with heim joints? Anyone tried them? Still need to do something for the lowers though.

Is the rocker geometry correct? If not the pushrods could be too long causing the interference or alternatively the shafts may need to be shimmed to allow correct adjustment.

That's the same way I've set mine up. Mine's a B&M lineloc and had to install it back to front since they'll slow bleed one way. Mine's actuated from a button on top of the shifter.
