    We've just put together a 383 out to 438 using a forged 69 440 crank and 60 over. Its only a mild build as a cruiser in a C body. Compression is 10.3 and cam is Comp HiEnergy 274H. I'm thinking it'll be around 400hp.Maybe 420. We used stock 440 source heads with comp retainers and locks.

    Haha...mine's the other way round. My challenger has 30 over 440,10.5:1,TTIs,500 thou lift crane hydraulic,3.23 with 28" tall tyre727 with 2500 stall and Performer RPM with Holley 750vac. I have the sixpack setp for it but yet to fit it up.

    Could it actually be tranny fluid in the radiator? Not that uncommon if the tranny cooler lines still run through the rad.
