There red if you have a Rallye or a Magnum wheel. If you had a Dog Dish or full hub cap are is no paint on them.

You can be in the ballpark and I’m sure I’m in the ballpark. Being that these are the bell style drum I don’t think even a correct measuring tool could fit in there. I’m sure these would clean up just fine.

Hello and thanks for asking. I do not see a maximum dia measurement on the outside of the drum. These drums appear to be 10.010 +/-. Normally you can go .060 to .075. These came off a running driving car with no issues.
