They can also put diverters in the rad so the water goes up and down a few times while in the rad.

Usually an a/c rad had 3 rows instead of 2 rows. Yes a 26 inch radiator core has a wider opening. Looks like an aftermarket rad to me. Kim

Troy, with only 5 oz in the system the compressor will not cycle as the system pressure is too low. With the key off can u see that the clutch is disengaged? With the key on and engine off what does the clutch do? Is it engaged or not? Does it only engage as soon as u start the car? Kim

Then don’t look at the Mopar Performance 5 blade fan. It will really throw u 4 a loop. Kim

I know most ppl don’t believe this but: if u run a 195 T stat most if not all your over heating issues will disappear. I’m talking about a good T stat like the Stewart Componets ones not a cheap *** one. Kim

He would need to change the pulleys also. Make a new tdc mark on the dampner if he changes the timing cover. And as rusty says different alt and p/s brackets. Easy fix if u have that stuff laying around but not so much if u have to start from scratch. A 2 row rad is certainly the easiest fix by...

Aluminum pump is 1970 up. Cast iron is 69 back. It is about 3/4 of an inch shorter Kim
