    Unless you can see under the carbs I dont see how you could tell them apart, they look identical as far as I could ever tell. Difference is stgI and II are 1 9/16th primary with 1 11/16th secondary that goes with the 3447S carbs StgIII is 1 11/16 primary 1 11/16th secondary with the 3705S carbs...
