    Just got done doing pretty much the same thing, replaced stock heads with 302's. I looked up the torque specs on eddy website, you should be able to find the info there. As for the ends I used a bead of Great Stuff, make sure you degrease the ends of the block. As for leaks I can't say...

    $1,500 Crate Motor?
