heater core in 1967 dart gt with a/c.

I have done it a couple of times and other than being uncomfortable. Like above, don't try it without removing the glove box and on my 2nd round I took out the passenger seat which provided some extra room.

    Thermostat question

Yes OEM. 355 gears only power is steering. Can't remember if anyone earlier asked but how sure are you about the accuracy of your gauges? Also just a possibility, have you looked at your cap? Those things dry up or the springs get weak. I think Auto Zone or NAPA have testers for use...

    Heater box rebuild

Since your talking heater boxes I'm wondering if anyone know which heater hose goes to the different side of the heater core. I'm redoing my engine compartment and had issues with the heater prior to the tear down, so I was thinking maybe I had the hoses switched, or does it even matter...

    Heater Core replacement - '67 A Body

Replaced one in 67 Dart GT. Bought replacement off eBay and fit perfect. No need to pull dash. Probably most difficult thing is finding a comfortable position to sit, lay, lean or whatever to work on it. I find it easiest to remove the front seat. Good luck but not that difficult.

    Heater control pin, ideas?

Most all break the same pin, what I did was got another out of a yard and actually took it apart removed the good pin and then took my control apart. Make sure the doors open freely before hooking up the cables. Lastly, don't push or pull to far and it should function fine. I also tried...

    Heater control

I think any of the controls with the nylon cams can be taken apart and the cam used in yours. I had 2 that both had broken cams and made one good one. You might find something in a salvage yard?
