    somethings not right here

A 26" rad would almost certainly help, cooling a big block w/a 22 incher is a big ask. It was previously suggested you should try to find a shroud that will fit, the existing one isn't helping you at all. If you're already wired for a pusher fan, whats keeping you from ditching the factory...

    Dual E-fans & Shroud

I rewired my whole car so integrating the fans was easy. They're connected through 30 amp relays, one fan operates through temp sender to a flex-a-lite controller, the other is switched on the dash for stop and go situations where the temp creeps up above 210.

22" 3 core champion with spal 2052 dual 11" pullers. With minimal trimming the Spal fits like it was made for it. Electric fan won't cool at highway speeds

My Spal has thin rubber flapper panels that open up at higher speeds allowing more air through. It seems to work pretty well keeping a 360/380 magnum comfortable at highway speeds and might be an easy DIY fix.

electric fan on a 22''champion rad

Look at the Spal. There's room between the fans for the pulley snout and it moves 2750 cfm, keeps my 360/380 magnum below 210 at freeway speeds with 3.91 gears. Shrouds included and minimal cutting/fitting. It fits like it was made for the Champion 22.
