You'll want it at least 1/2" in diameter to pass the frothed up lube oil and a >=30 degree dump to the oil pan. The driver side is a better place to dump as the crank is rotating across the dump as opposed to flinging oil up into it on the passenger side. This is per the Holset HX40 manual.

sounds like Tunerstudio, open source MS (and others) frontend tuning program. MS used to sell MegaJolt, basically a crippled MS1/2 that only operated the ignition and advance curve. You can probably find the BOM and schematic online somewhere and build it for $15. They now have a MegaJolt Jr...

I'd think that compression is gonna ping like crazy under boost but maybe a methanol induction or some really high octane E-85 would help. Let us know how it goes, lay the groundwork for many to come.

TS's are centrifugal...gear operated snails. You could get the geared snail on Alibaba for $180 last year but they are long gone.

The most those injectors can flow is 64lbs. You can't (shouldnt) go past 85% duty cycle of any injector as they go 'static' ie. don't close. You can increase the fuel pressure to scale up the output. Going huge on the injectors (ie. WRX injectors) also is not good on the idle quality, sort of a...

Forget the reed valves. Just suck it through the turbo and put the turbo outlet right on the intake. Side draft would be nice but you wont find one big enough unless you get a big weber. You want short runners too ideally. Go for it: if you break it, just get another slant.
