    Brian didn't mill the heads so they are stock factory so I thought someone on the forum would know. I will phone Brian today and find out what they actually cc's of the EQ heads are.

    Thought these EQ cylinder heads were 62 cc in the combustion chamber from the factory. I cc'd the heads today that Brian at IMM did for me and the cc's averaged 65.4 cc's with the 2.02 valves installed. I know there is factory tolerance but is this normal?

    Just making the plates up today out of 3/32 thick 2 1/2" flat bar. Going to try steel on cast iron with high temp silicone as the sealer.

    The Edelbrock LA heads will not accept the 68 to 70 Hi Po exhaust manifolds but I have not tried their Magnum head with the manifolds.

    Caution on using an 1/2 set collar for the spacer. Most Mopar distributor shaft are not a 1/2" in diameter where the spacer get locked down. Mopar shafts are generally .4885 in diameter. Better to bore out a piece of 1 1/4" round aluminum stock or use a 7/16 collar a bore it to size. Rick...

    Just working now on putting a set of 68 to 70 340 manifolds on the EQ Magnum heads. There is a mismatch on the ports that have to be corrected. Not only are the center ports wider but the lower portion port on the exhaust will not seal on the exhaust flange on the heads. Time to make up some...
