What's the "safety switch" ? Battery disconnect? Sounds like a short to power to the starter. I would inspect the wiring going from switch to starter relay.

Yes. U should be able to turn on the log feature and see everything. Although, I'm not positive on fuel pressure. I know the FItech you cannot log fuel pressure. There isn't anything to monitor it. You could run an electric fuel pressure gauge inside the cab. I would also get a real tach.

I would ask Wildwood or Dr. Diff. but my guess would be you need a adjustable prop valve. I am not sure how much effort it is gonna take for those rear brakes to lock up.
