Does the new harness hook to the heater controls on the dash for the light etc?

By chance does yours have a Rallye dash? Not sure if there is a difference.

I am putting my 71 340 duster back to stock. And there was no heater box ,a/c etc in the car when I got it. Now I'm putting it back in and can't seem to find the wiring for the heater controls and heater box. Only wires I can find are the blower motor wires. Is there a separate harness just...
