Recheck the fuel filter and see if its clean? If thats not pluged make sure the line is clear from the tank to the pump. If you ran it in on some old gas? it might be that the Plugs are just pissed off? might throw another set at it just to be sure? :)

Make sure the motor has the rite drive pulleys on it.... Pick up a 180* thermostat..... Pick up the 6 or 7 blade Viscus fan and clutch.... Install a full fan shroud..... reinstall your 50/50 mix with 1 bottle of redlines water wetter.... :)

Hope it dont turn into a "Syronara Engine".....

Pull a plug and look at it.... Did you put the Barry Grant 850 on it? 92&93 6.5... I'm thinking it fueling out the exhaust? Just a thought.... :)
