You may have had 67 fenders on there....or they were drilled fo rthose emblems. The only other thing that went in place of where a 68 V8 emblem is a fish for the slant 6 models.

Leanna, It looks as if your missing a hole. You need one to the left of your existing one for a correct 68' V8 emblem. The emblems you have for V8 are from a 67'.

I too, did the stainless route. Remember to anti sieze all the threads, so they can be removed easy down the road. I will be re-restoring my grilles this winter. I did a hasty job on mine, They look pretty good but not as perfect as I wanted.

yeah it does suck..... I picked up a work truck so the wagon is getting a car cover on it and being retired from active duty til I get around to fixing it. I will just work with what I have and do all body/paint at once.

Well, not totally Joe. It's in the most intricate portion of the body line. Alot of bends. I think I will butt weld it under the trim and stop just before the filler neck. We have to remove the filler neck and tank so we can weld safely. They are now saying that the Infiniti that hit me...

Of what I have heard, AMD is 2 guys that were let go of at Goodmark. They both use the same stamps in Taiwan, from what I hear.

The headlight surrounds are anodized aluminum. You can take that coating off with oven cleaner(leave on for just a few minutes), wash off with water. Then slowly bring up the polishing step by step. A member here, Mullinax95, did a fantastic job on his.

If it has a wing window, the vent window and door glass come out as a single assembly. You then slide the door glass off the track to the bottom.

HMMMMM........I have 2 69 doors and they aren't there...

68's also have the one year only fresh air vent on the bottom inside toward the rear. 67's have the driver's side mirror closer to the vent window so it can't open all the way.

I believe they changed it in the early 70's to be able to lock the door without the key. My 70 duster had to be locked with the key as well as all my pre 70 mopars.

That window trim tool should work. It just nneds to grab the clip. There is someone repopping the flip top unique screws and tool as well, just can't remember where I saw it.
